Abortion Services
- First Trimester Surgical
Abortion
The vacuum aspiration method is used for both first
and second trimester abortions. The procedure itself
is brief, but allow two to four hours for intake
laboratory testing, counseling, and recovery time.
Second Trimester Abortion
An ultrasound exam and dilatation of the cervix takes
place approximately two to four hours prior to the
procedure which lasts about seven to ten minutes. Be
prepared to be in the clinic approximately six to
eight hours. The fee for second trimester abortion
services varies depending on the length of the
pregnancy,

Rhogam will be administered to those who test Rh
negative. The fee ranges from $40 to $95 depending on
length of pregnancy. Please confirm our fee when
calling for an appointment.

$40. An adult must accompany you and stay in the
clinic until you are discharged.

Medical abortion is now available at Planned

A medical abortion is a way to end pregnancy without
surgery. It is done with medicine up to 49 days after
the last period begins.
There are three steps to this procedure: (1) Your
clinician will give you mifepristone in tablet form.
(2) You will insert another medication, misoprostol,
into your vagina. (3) You will return to your
clinician for a follow up visit.
