UNSURE WHERE TO TURN FOR HONEST ACCURATE INFORMATION......WE CAN HELP.
We have been helping women with unintended pregnancies since 1974 and
have earned the reputation of being "the warm caring clinic".
That explains why so many women who have used our services bring their
friends and loved ones to our clinic if they need help.

Comments
In January of 1973, the Supreme Court legalized abortion and one year
later, Trinity Valley Women's Center was established. We firmly believe
that if abortion is the choice, it should be done in a safe, dignified
environment that respects each woman.
Over the years, our commitment has grown stronger and we are proud
to have served the Dallas/Fort Worth area with quality reproductive
health care since 1974.

trained to address the physical and emotional needs of each woman and
her family.
Individualized care. We talk with each woman privately,
not in a group. This allows privacy and confidentiality.

Licensed Nurses, Medical Assistants and Technicians.
We are licensed by the State of Texas #007318.
Immediate appointments are available.
We invite you to read more about our clinic and see for yourself, there
is a difference.
As
of January 2004, the State of Texas requires abortion providers
to give specific information to women 24 hours before having
an abortion. This information was written by state officials
not by our medical/clinical staff. This information explains
the abortion procedure and risks, risks of childbirth, fetal
development, alternatives to abortion and resource directory
of agencies.
You may view the information by CLICKING
HERE Texas Dept. of Health - A Women's Right to Know Act -
HB15.
Be sure to print the first page of the state site and bring
it to your appointment as documentation that you were given
the information.

MANDATORY
DISCLOSURE INFORMATION
The State of Texas has imposed regulations in an attempt to intimidate
women and harass abortion providers. However, we must abide by the laws
of this state. These rules include 24-hour consent, which means you
must receive state mandated information at least 24 hours before your
abortion. Most respectable medical experts disagree with the information,
but we still have to provide it even though it is not medically accurate.
We have always been a licensed abortion facility. This agency sets forth
guidelines and policies for quality care and we have always met or exceeded
the requirements.
The new law also states that we must also provide (in writing)
the following information to you at least 24 hours before your abortion.
1. If you should have a complaint about your care at our facility, complaints
may be registered at the following address: Director, Health Facility
Licensing and Compliance Division, Texas Department of Health, 1100
West 49th Street, Austin, Texas 78756. Complaints must be in writing.
All complaintants must provide their name. This information will be
confidential.
2. The toll free number to the Texas Department of Health is 1-888-973-0022.
You have the right to access certain information about this abortion
facility by using this number. If you make a call, your identity will
remain anonymous. This number can provide you with the following information:
Whether this abortion facility is licensed by the Texas Department
of Health
The date of the last inspection of this facility by the Texas Department
of Health and any violations of law or rules discovered during that
inspection that may pose a health risk to you.
Any relevant fine, penalty, or judgment rendered against this facility
or a doctor who provides services at this facility
3. Provide a copy of the department's "A Woman's Right to Know"
booklet if you want to view it. This booklet contains information
on fetal development and risks of abortion and childbirth
4. Provide a copy of the department's "A Woman's Right to Know"
resource directory if you want to view it. This directory has
information on agencies that will help you continue your pregnancy or
help with adoption. These agencies will not refer for abortion.
5. You may view the department's " A Woman's Right to Know" materials
on their website at www.tdh.state.tx.us/wrtk
or you can access through our website and follow this link to "A
Woman's Right to Know".
6. If you request the department's "A Woman's Right to Know" materials
and we do not provide them you can call the department at 1-888-973-0022.
Remember to call 817-870-3552. As soon as the operator answers, press
# 1 immediately for the recording of our Doctor. You must do this at
least 24 hours prior to your abortion. When you arrive at the clinic
for your appointment you will sign a certification form.
We have always trusted women to make their own decisions without government
intrusion. Unfortunately, the religious right wants to force their morals
on others and this time they convinced the Texas Legislators. If you
are outraged, contact your legislators in Austin and the Governor's
office.
