QUALITY YOU DESERVE INSTRUCTIONS & FEES Our fees include everything: lab work, ultrasound, counseling, all medications, procedure, 3-week follow up visit and birth control pills. Rhogam is given to all patients who are Rh negative at no additional charge. The cost for the procedure is based on how long you have been pregnant. This is calculated from the first day of the last normal menstrual period. * Fees for Abortions $375 for 6-11 weeks * $500 for 11.5-14 weeks $625 for 14.5-16 weeks We accept cash, money order or major credit card. No personal or payroll checks will be accepted. Patients with a valid Medicaid or current Student I.D. card will qualify for a reduced fee. * Please call the clinic for current charges. Before your appointment: You may drink water, juice, coffee or sodas and we suggest you eat a light breakfast. If you have an afternoon appointment, have a light lunch 1 hour before your arrival. Take a shower or bath as usual. Bring a first morning urine sample, in a small container for a pregnancy test. Be sure to bring your fee in cash, money order or credit card. As a courtesy to other patients, we ask that no children be brought to the clinic. You will receive medication to relax and make you comfortable. Due to the sedative effect of these medications, we require that you have someone to drive you home.
