The Advantage Health Care staff are trained professionals who are educated in women's health and other personal health issues. Our staff includes licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, health educators and a fully qualified medical support staff.
All members of our healthcare team understand the importance of providing quality services and are willing to spend the appropriate amount of time with our patients to ensure a high level of care. Our staff takes the steps to ensure patient confidentiality for any service provided. All of our medical staff is focused on providing satisfactory services to all patients.
To help in patient satisfaction, we also staff Health Educators who are here to help the patient truly understand the services provided and answer questions about health issues. Our health educators are available to sit down with patients and give complete explanations of their medical questions. Health educators are trained in patient education and are trained to understand the specific needs of patients in our facility. We are available to discuss questions regarding; pregnancy options, sexually transmitted diseases, birth control options, abortion services and instructions, general gynecology, urology, and much more.
Our support staff is available to answer many of the patient questions over the phone such as appointment scheduling, procedure instructions, services provided, insurance coverage, and more. They also understand the importance of patient confidentiality and are very professional in handling sensitive situations.
